Primary care patients have unlimited visits with their provider for a flat monthly fee. As a member, primary care patients can be seen for any medical issue including acute, preventive, and primary medical care issues (including weight loss, aesthetics, and hormone therapy). Note: Cost for supplies may not being included.
Specialty care patients pay an á la carte fee when seen for weight loss, aesthetics, or hormone therapy visits. In most cases, these clients have an established primary care provider and only see us for one of the three specific problems listed above.
