Text Our Staff

You can send our staff a text using 214-726-0755 or clicking on the text box in the bottom right side of our homepage. Text messaging fees may apply. One of our staff member will respond ASAP. Texting only works during office hours and is not HIPAA compliant.

How do I refill my medications?

First, look at your bottle and check that you are out of refills.  If you do have a refill available, call your pharmacy and request a refill.  If you are out of refills or, if your refills have expired, you can use your portal or leave a voice message on our machine.  You can also ask you pharmacy to send a refill request.  We generally respond within 24 hours.

I need a controlled substance refilled.

Controlled substances are tightly controlled by the State of Texas.  Depending on which medication you need, you will need to schedule a virtual visit with your provider or send a request through your portal.  If you are unsure if you need a visit, you can call and leave a message on our voicemail or email your provider.  Due to the sensitive nature of controlled substances, we do not recommend texting our office.

I am due for a hormone shot. What do I do?

We will be adjusting when and how shots can be administered over the next few weeks.  Depending on the status of our office, we will have limited hours when shots can be given.  You can call our text our office to schedule a visit.

I need blood work. Where do I go?

We can send in orders to Labcorp.  You can find and schedule visits with your local draw station by going to labcorp.com and putting in your zip code.

I need an xray. Where do I go?

We can send in orders to Envision.  The Envision staff will call and schedule a visit with you.
